I know he (BM) does it to wind me up but tonight it will be hot chicken (left over) salad which will combine all my skills at being an economical domestic goddess and an inspirational chef 

Lovely fresh leaf salad topped with fresh chopped tomatoes and lentils, then (sorry Nick) pan-friend left over chicken bits which have been sautéed in mustard and honey (and maybe a few chilli flakes) - it is yummy  Drool:
