I suspect that Nick would have avoided a lot of his mishaps if he had read the manuals..
I'm male but I do occasionally read the manual if I'm working on something. It's been kind of ingrained from running dialler systems and trying to work out if the strange happenings are down to operator error, installer error or an IT cock up.
