My recipe ( Misty here) fry onions, garlic, celery, tomatoes, carrots in loads of olive oil add white beans that have been soaked for 24 hours and a good dollop of tom puree. pour in chicken stock and passata and boil the arse out of it all till the beans begin to split and thicken up the sauce. Stick in a bowl and put a bit of crumbled feta on top and a drizzle of worchstershire sauce, serve with grilled greek bread that has been drizzleld with olive oil and oregano.
Makes Apey fart a lot though.
