Dear Gubberment,
Could you please send us loads more munny to feed the
idiots stewdents. I will be good for them. Our internal managment has studdied this for the last thirty years at huge expense and as an interim report we think that they shud have stuff like fillet stake, for which we are hoping to keep the cost down under the 'unacceptable stress level' of a quid.
We look forward to receiving the extra dosh a.s.a.p. and phase two of the study (4 squillion pages long) should be ready sometime this centry.
