Dunno.  The Chef sort of adapts national dishes to a 6 course tapas meal (should be easy for Spain) and then adapts  them again for the veggies (not just us).    Will ask.

2 weeks time is Oz at the pub.  He's already said he can't figure out how to do that for veggies.  Oz national cuisine is beer, kangaroo steaks, BBQd anything, beer, Pie Floaters  and more beer

Well, whatever, nevermind

What part of Spain?  . . .

All areas, some Catalan (where they went last week) and then some from the opposite end (Galicia) and all superbly cooked and presented

Paella (fish for most, veg for us)
Gambas prawns (not for us)
Hadron Colliders Padron peppers
Meat Balls (Chilli and cheese for us) in potato cakes
Patatas Bravas
Ham and Cheese croquetty things (no ham 4 us)
Spanish bread

Extremely boozy Sangria

Creme Catalan

Well, whatever, nevermind
