Tried that once already and wasn't happy with the results. May try a more Mexican approach but use Banorca or Sotol as a Tequila alternative.

Anyway Pub Oz food tonight was brilliant

Pie Floater  cloud9:   Meaty for most, veg pies for us

Potatoes cooked in Vegemite

Mini kangaroo burgers (beetroot burgers for us)

Prawns (for us peppers) in beer batter

Stir fried vegetables with Macademia nuts

Damper bread

Special drink:  Raspberry pavlova cocktail (apparently it is an Oz drink)
