My hotel seems to be handily situated on some sort of industrial estate near Tata Steel  evil:  Fortunately there is an Beefeater restaurant also handily situated next door noooo:

LL found these Knorr bag things....

You get a roast-a-bag thing and a bag of chemicals herbs and spices.....

You put raw meat into the bag, add the herbs and spices, shake it around for a bit then bung it in t'oven....

We had the pork one the other day and the chicken one today....
