after all the rain we have had the veggies at the market are stunning.  cloud9: cloud9:

already had griddled courgettes with egg and lemon (cypriot recipe) , I should invite Steve round for dinner over the next few days. My veggie racks are full of goodies. The offer stands Steve.  Thumbs:

I have been to my local (the oddly named Anglo-Maltese League) for some collapso. They give me yummy morsels to accompany it. Tonight it was diced Spam  eeek:

I hate stiglets, they smell like bum.  noooo:

There is more rain to come so when you get your passport, pop over. I know some amazing cypriot veggie recipes. I could happily live as a veggie here.
