Not being able to read Nepalese, Mrs K seems to have overdosed it somewhat.  My mouth feels red raw, my lungs burnt and my innards are probably bleeding.   A wild and windy night beckons  scared2:

No I meant this stuff:

INGREDIENTS:
* 2 cups plain or Greek-style yogurt
* 1 cup milk
* leaves from 2 sprigs fresh mint
* 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
* 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* sprinkle salt
* 2 cups ice

DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
