There is some serious damsell talent in Brighton.  Maybe they just hide when you appear

Duck legs from Ragley Hall estate (do ducks have legs that big?) casserole, was with swede, parsnip and tat gratin.   Followed by lemon posset with peaches poached in honey.   Cooked by me.
