Big Sis staying at Premier Inn. We agree to meet for dinner in the adjacent Brewer's Fayre (sic)

Bad move  noooo:

Full of screaming kids
Table booked for 7. We meet at 6.15 for drinks.
At 7 we are shown our table and told there is a 45 minute wait for food  Banghead Banghead
Asked why we were not told this at 6.15
Waitress shrugs
We opt for the fish and chip buffet which is a)disgusterous and b) chaotic
