My eating outrage today was at John Lewis.  I goes for my free coffee and cake and there they have Hot Cross Buns so I has one of those in place of their excellent tea cakes what they toast

But the bastards refuse to toast it even when I pointed out the word 'Hot'     So I ate it (still  cold) and complained to customer services.  They may never let me back
