After firing the previous head chef work found a load of frozen lasagne portions, chilli portions, cooked half chickens and Cajun veggie burgers in the freezer without any labelling on then to say if they are safe for the different allergy groups so they can't be sold.

There have been some very happy staff taking home doggy bags tonight.  cloud9:
