found the recipe for a peel a pound soup a while ago. Now I have a little more time on my hands I think I'll play with it a little and see what I can come up with.

Managed to get all manner of stuff from Lidl and planning a Cookathon and Freezathon for the next couple of days.  :thumbsup:
