I bought a Cauliflower the other day and she decided on the spur of the moment to make Roasted aloo gobi from a BBC goodfood recipe...

Of course, she didn't have half of the ingredients... ::)

However, she bunged in what we had and made up the rest... It was all coming along really well, smelt good and tasted nice too - really spicy Cauliflower with all those Chilli flakes...  cloud9:

Then she added a tin of Coconut Milk...  noooo:

It was disgusterous and had to go in the bin...  :sick016:
