Lactose issues.  sad24:

I have been dairy free for three weeks and I tested it at the weekend. It was not pleasant.

Depends on what you would consider natural when it comes to food.

Calcium sulfate is a common laboratory and industrial chemical. In the form of γ-anhydrite (the nearly anhydrous form), it is used as a desiccant. It is also used as a coagulant in products like tofu.  In the natural state, unrefined calcium sulfate is a translucent, crystalline white rock.

Calcium chloride (CaCl2), is an ionic compound of calcium and chlorine. It is highly soluble in water and it is deliquescent. It is a salt that is solid at room temperature, and it behaves as a typical ionic halide. It has several common applications such as brine for refrigeration plants, ice and dust control on roads, and in cement. It can be produced directly from limestone, but large amounts are also produced as a by-product of the Solvay process.
