 rubschin: Though it ought to be possible to buy a lamb around here.

TBH he doesn't mind killing birds but although he is a butcher and has been for 40 years he dislikes acting as the slaughterman. Each to his own specialisation I guess. ALSO remember there are very strict laws about how and where livestock may be slaughtered in the UK.
He has butchered the odd road kill deer though.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.
