Last night we had roast chicken. Made sure all were happy with that. 10 mins before dinner came out of the oven MILFH informed me she didn't really eat meat anymore.  Banghead

What did you do ~ open a tin of cat food, mix contents with mayo and tell her it was a creamed salmon recipe?
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

Asked her if she wanted to eat or if she would like extra vegetables. She asked if there was anything else and I said no as I hadn't actually been expecting them to stay the extra night and so I had no other food in the house. She ate the chicken.

I'll give you a tip ~ if it starts to split wack some lemon juice in quick and stir like fvck! Works everytime  whistle:

Carbonara sauce can be tricky too ~ very easy to end up with scrambled eggs.
