BTW I mentioned your £14 free range, organic chicken to the Butcher yesterday ~ he said he could supply a free range Turkey or Goose for less. In fact he muttered something about taking a walk around your local pond or lake and "picking one up" for free. About 2am seems to be the best time

Just strangle the bloody thing.I could go into details but ever mindful of the sensitivities of those who believe that supermarket chickens are born wrapped in cellophane, sitting on a cardboard tray with cooking instructions on ~ I will resist the temptation.

I am sure if I had to I would do it, for now I am happier paying the extra to have someone else do it!
Waiting for inspiration to strike.Minimus at Choir Practice 3.15 to 4.15, then both boys at swimming club between 6 and 7. THW at Badminton Club twixt 5 and 7. Looks like lots of snacks will be required and then eat at 7.30 by which time Minimus will be falling asleep. Very hard to know what to give them as they will spend the whole time "starving" and "snacking"
