I've checked 3 times and yes it says +... thats plus ..... 2.    cloud9: cloud9: cloud9:

How can the temperature over a couple of days move from-18 to +2?

Anyway, +3 here, forecast giving mostly dry and cloudy, then tonight rain will spread north and east from 2100, the rain becoming heavy for a time between midnight and 0300 before clearing and then introducing much milder air and a rapid thaw of any remaining lying snow. An Atlantic weather front has replaced the Scandinavian one. Prevailing wind has moved round from North to South........... Well that's the sensible answer.





Oh .... And today the daylight will last 42 seconds longer than yesterday.
