Normally at this time on a Monday morning there would be 2 flights left to deal with. As it stands, we are waiting for 16...it's gonna be a looooong night.

Well that went supremely well - last bag from the last plane from Ibiza hit the baggage reclaim belt at 03.27. Four hours overtime for an extra 1 1/2 hours. Tidy.

Driving home on the M23 over the M25 I was reminded of the old saying - "Red sky at night...London's alight". I saw a number of Fire Engines heading towards the centre of town.
