Don't know about the "coming down", but I think the side-effects include a sudden, all-embracing yearning for a large doner kebab with chilli sauce. Which is odd a 6am!

It is so cold and frankly, bloody miserable I have lit the fires in both the living room and my study.
Nothing like a mug o' tea and a log fire to make life seem a little brighter.  cloud9:

The children and SWWLTBO are sat, playing Monopoly, in front of the living room fire.

I am in the study talking with you lot and listening to the Test Match ... we are walloping the Injuns.
