That's how we found this place ~ I was looking to invest some cash to provide an income when SWWLTBO spotted this place and we ended up buying it. Which used up the capital I had to invest.

I really think this one is a basket case - big holes in the roof - causing collapsed ceilings, a huge gaping crack at the back (snigger...) and Patsy Cline CDs lying around. Although were some boxed Subbuteo players too. I had the distinct impression that some poor old fella must have died in it.

Know what you mean ~ I spent months viewing some real rubbish, all beautifully described as having "Investment potential" until I was persuaded that we should move here.
