Pissio here. Since the bootmen can't finish their werk till Tuesday it is with great regret  sad24: that I shall have to stay here and go to the pub werk at home for 5 whole days while she Mrs Nick and The Boy go and visit her stupid friend in Crawley.

Humongus flash of lightning last night about 10.30ish followed swiflty by thunderbolt which took out all the lights in the village except those of us on the hospital cicuit.

Today it's lovely & sunny

They have been out and purchased a replacement light fitting. It is quite different to the one they smashed and does not match the two other light fittings with wihich it forms a sort of set.
