No firing up here ~ all stupid night storage systems which I don't happen to like but we're not connected to the gas supply.

That said, with a couple of hundred or so square feet of glazing facing SSE ... when the sun shines...  cloud9:

When I first moved here there were a couple of architects who'd bought a flat on the North side of the building ~ fabulous views towards central London... there's the HoP, there's the London Eye etc etc. I have none of that; I can see nothing but greenery and the park... and we worked out after a year that my heating bills were about 20% less than theirs  cloud9:

We now have blue skies, sunshine and strong gusts of wind coming off the sea.
