I heard the same forecaster on the 7 o'clock bulletin on BBC4 this morning.

His claim to fame being that on 25 June 2009, during the 12:58 pm weather forecast on BBC Radio 4, he spoonerised his forecast about Glastonbury into "Muddy Shite"

Bloody heaving...well  a couple of others arriving as I left.
Bloody ace and icy up there today. The Clwydian valley looked just like it had had cotton wool spread all over it, and the sunrise was glorious.
