I have advised them not to go up an 'ill in N wales in Mrs Nick's little car. I may go to offer helpful advice, like

Is Mini Moose going somewhere more locally?

Don't have to be stuck indoors btw.You should be out in the great free gymnasium called the countryside walking and exploring. Can't be that far away surely?

Bloody warm here during the night. Had to lob blankets out of me nest. eeek:
Glorious again today. Sun, blue sky, crisp and just a little bit nippy. cloud9:
Can't ever get bored with this weather. noooo:

I have been out twice this morning already - doing lots of domestic chores though  noooo: not yomping through countryside  cloud9: - I do actually really enjoy a good walk with lovely scenery regardless of the weather or the incline - it is just in short supply in Londonium

I will have to console myself in the 'other' gym this afternoon

Hope you have a great day and your ill is looking glorious today  ;)

-4 here, beautiful blue sky making the snow laden trees opposite the office look fantastic. I'm nearly two hours into this 12 hour shift, and can see that things must be happening eastwards as other areas are bouncing messages about gearing up again to cope with what's coming theirs and eventually our way

What you do when the summer comes then JOM? Stock pile the stuff like a sort of council squirrel, or fix all the pot 'oles that the grit has created?  rubschin:

Sums it up nicely  ;D , it took "Human Remains" three pages to describe my role

No. There's nowt around here apart from some little park near 'The 'Port' itself.
NOT recommended however. as it will no doubt be taken over by the interbred living dead from the local council estate. scared2:

Well, it got up to -0.5, the blue skies have all but disappeared, and there are a lot of clouds gathering

What we're expecting is outbreaks of snow from here on in with it turning heavy and persistent at times, particulalrly early a.m. Expected fresh snow accumulations of 2-5cm in the West and North of the area and up to 15cm in the east. All this is coming through Kent, Essex, south London towards us, so a few on here are gonna get it too

More snow tomorrow with drifting, flurries on Monday, possible snow Tuesday, likely snow Tuesday pm

Getting bored waiting for it tbh.

Have just been out.  Main roads here are clear but side streets are treacherous, no salt or grit.  It's very quiet which suits me just fine.  Now just about to have some mulled wine.It has started snowing again and there is more forcast.
I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.
