I know. That's why I've never even bothered contacting them tbh.

I DID however contact them last year wanting to know what bi-centenary celebratory plans they'd got laid out for this October.
I'm still waiting for the reply that they stated in an automated email that would be forthcoming. whistle:

I managed to corner a country ranger at the Cilcain show back in August of last year, and he agreed that something should be done, and that it HAS in fact been discussed at management level.
That'll be the end of that then. ::)

I'll 'ave a word with my County Council chums ~ I know several council members and also the County Archaeologist which may help. They might like to push for some sort of celebration

It comes under Denbighshire ~ used to be Clwyd.
Although the foundation stone leads you to think it is 200 years this year the actual event it celebrates was some 20 years earlier
