Lots of sunshine here most of the morning and had a couple of showers too. Off to Twickenham in a few minutes, the weather won't matter

The sun is out ...the sky is blue ...and I've had to pull the blinds across in our office because of the glare  ( and the distraction of the high vis jackets brigade on the scaffolding )

Why does the sky quite often go clear at night time and cloud over again at dawn I wonder?

Check it against the ins and outs of the tides. You are close to the coast and therefore the tides will have an effect on the weather.
