I only rowed in 8s. That Head of the River was a bastard  Especially the row back from Putney to Chiswick against the tide

An ex of mine was a world championship rower and we lived in a house full of rowers for over 3 years.  I was the only one who didn't talk ergo rates and have smelly all in ones drying all over the house
