Lucky I'm not there then... paint would take forever to dry...  noooo:

Paint dries by chemical reaction irrespective of temperature  whistle:

Yes the water has to evaporate first but  ............ expose any paint to air and it will dry. Slowly I admit but that is what it will do, deny it air and it will not dry. Hence tins of paint left unopened in your garage for years will still be liquid, the ones that you have opened will have a skin on them and the longer they sit there the thicker the skin until eventually the whole tin will be dried paint.  whistle:

Anyway ~ why would they want to slow the drying process?

Say no more ~ having watched your progress from a safe distance I can see that it would take you forever to paint a wall let alone the whole house.

Bright 'n breezy here today with temperature around 20 at the moment...

Forecast is for thunderstorms and rain for the weekend with temps around 23...
