Not so lucky with the water though.

Bloody chilly here but bright sunshine

The frost on my car even at 11.30 this morning was biblical. Even the windscreen washer jets were frozen up!

It still started though, despite Snoopy's prediction... whistle:

The excellent news...as far as I'm concerned....is that we've got this high pressure and consequential freezing dry days for several more weeks to come apparently, alledgedly, so they say. cloud9:
I personally absolutely adore it, AND it kills all the bugs too, alledgedly, apparently, so they say, like. confused:

You can stuff your stinkio hot summer days. Must be the Polar Bear in me I suppose. whistle:

They've done nothing to me, but when the milk bottles are still outside after a few days, it would be rude not to take them - recycling and all that  whistle:

-2c in me computer garage room.
Bit nippy like, but I'm a bit of a buffalo with an 'at and tramp gloves on, so it really doesn't matter. Even the 'puter fan is quiet tonight. lol:

Kills all the bugs 'n' stuff anyway, apparently, alledgedly, so they say like.
Must be true, as I feel absolutely 100%. cloud9:

Goin' the frost covered woods today to cook dinner for the Growlers. Was -4 up there yesterday afternoon. Bliss. cloud9:

Wonderful frost here this morning, the freezing fog last night means that every twig on every tree is white-over, very Christmas card-ish. Postman is doing his round in reverse because the country lanes are treacherous, I doubt that they'll have defrosted by later though

Freezo, hoar frost on the trees and shrubs which looks very pretty. I don't need to go anywhere so will be staying close to a log fire all day

Currently bright blue skies, misty out to sea, sunshine and -4deg C.

According to neighbour's max/min thermometer last night was the coldest we have had so far at -8deg C.

Our log fires are burning and the central heating is on. Now all I have to do is convince small boys of the need to close doors behind them. evil:
