A good amount of snow in Surrey so far, although it has stopped for now. Mrs TMR (to be) and I walked back from the pub, me hobbling due to certain injuries and her slipping and sliding due to high heels. It must have looked hilarious to a bystander.

Do you remember the one where she let the phone ring and ring.
I had a pub then and our resident musician used to play that whenever he wanted a drink break only he sang the words  "Only the sexiest, most shaggable, selfish woman eats her chocolate whilst the telephone rings"

One night he did this and a woman walked out because she said it was sexist, She really threw a tantrum about it. Her husband meekly followed her without even finishing his pint. The rest of the bar were in fits of laughter.
