It is bloody annoying to turn up and there are groups of people, smoking and drinking outside. They park in the Burgerking and go into the pub next door until their time is due. (This does not include TMR of course).

It is very depressing.

I am in a bloody wonderful mood.

Last week I spent 2 hours completing an on-line application for for a position at the House of Parliament (not an MP!).
The form would not then upload so I followed the webpage instructions and used the email function as advised.
Next day, the email was shown as awaiting delivery, the following it was shown as being sent to an non-existent address. I checked some paperwork I had downloaded and found a completely addressI used this this with a covering note explaining that their system sucked.
I have now been informed that I missed the closing date!

Not my fault.

That sucks mate ~ hard luck doesn't cover it.

The problem is that too many HR people look firstly for reasons to reject before they even contemplate reading the applications, which is then another exercise in "rejection without interview" and so it goes on.
Keep trying.
