evil: Overcast and rainio.
Overcast and about to rainio.

Your second hand weather I suppose?  ::)

Indeed, I had no use for it. I am just passing it on to save the planet. angel1

Most kind. It has arrived now.  evil:

Send it back - that'd show her!  point:

I thought a 'slurry surprise' might be in order.

I thought that I had done my fair share of 'slurry pits' still, it will bring the courgettes and runner beans on a treat.

Are slurry pits still legal?

Wet. Many heavy showers, main road is being resurfaced so all drains are now three inches higher than the road thus all water is streaming down the hill. Thinking about getting the fly rod out.

Oh ~ and the arse next door is using an electric trimmer to cut his lawn and hedges in the pouring rain. If I go off suddenly you know he'll have fused the entire village. TWAT!

You fish?  Well, I know that you are a dog not a fish but have you fished in a previous life?

Yes I fish ~ usually for trout these days but in the past have tried and enjoyed all forms of angling from boats 5 miles out in the Channel, off the Needles, along the banks of the Test and the Avon, from small ponds on Southampton Common to the side of the Ocean Terminal in Southampton. I have caught grayling and brown trout in the Itchen and Dog fish, Dover Sole and Thornback Rays from Chessil bank. I am indeed and have been for most of my life an angler. Nothing and I mean nothing gives me more pleasure than the solitude of a river, canal or lake bank side. Just me, a flask of tea and a fishing rod. Happy as a pig in shit and never want to go home.
