We had a bloke in our office who also used to wash his gentleman's vegetables in the sink. He used to cycle in wearing those stooopid lycra shorts, so I dare say they were in need of a good soaping.

I'm off in an hour to deepest darkest N.Wales, with 15 other like minded crazed mud and water seeking off roading geeks.

Pondrersoa on the top of the Horse Shoe Pass beckons for brekky first, followed by a fast log plume style trip down the River Dee no doubt. ::)

The weather looks decidedly shit at the mo., so things can only get better.
