Oh yes. When I had my mysterious tropical illness a few years back I walked past a dry cleaning shop each day whilst recuperating. The gerl in it was luvverly  When I had recovered (or at least grown my hair, fingernails and toenails back) I took her a bunch of flowers and thanked her for keeping me cheery. She was bewildered and flattered. Pity she was married
