Opinions differ on the likely duration of our current ice age. The Beeb says another fortnight whereas some newspapers say it'll end by Wednesday. Meanwhile cauliflowers are turning to mush in frozen fields whilst Supermarkets are asking ?2.50 for imported ones ~or so said "Farming Today" errrrrr yesterday.
Doom and gloom wherever you look. ::)

It's cold and it is going to snow again quite heavily down here today and tomorrow it suggests  - I am now bored senseless of the phrase adverse weather conditions  noooo: - fact is you just have to get on with things . Might take a little longer and be a little more tricky but otherwise you are stuck indoors listening to forecasters weaving their web of woe and telling you to put a hat on .

Been saying all that for weeks, only I'm just dismissed as some sort of bad tempered....... who DARES to rant occassionaly......  scared2: ecentric looney it seems, whom EVERYTHING gets upon his tits...apparently, so he says. ::)

Don't have to be stuck indoors btw.You should be out in the great free gymnasium called the countryside walking and exploring. Can't be that far away surely?

Bloody warm here during the night. Had to lob blankets out of me nest. eeek:

It seems the Boy wants to go sledging. Fine, but I pointed out to Mrs Nicki that driving to a suitable sledging location might not be possible  ::)
