Why was it off...?

Big inter-connection work on the HV line at the new sub-station on the Paramali Road -should mean things are better for the scorchio times. Did that sound knowledgable ??

Someone has just decided that the free car park by the supermarket is no longer free; very sophisticated machines to give out the tickets - you have to key in your car reg. no. which is printed on the ticket. Except for one thing ... it's being very temperamental and choosey about the change it'll accept  Banghead
