Its 14 degrees and the pink shading has gone from the clouds now.  I am supposed to be working on a presentation but can hear the bike calling from the garage....  ;D

I'm going but I just needed a bowl of sugar puffs first....  bike is leaning against the wall, water and bananas are ready, phone, blue tooth, ipod, money, key!  The route says 9.72 miles but then I have to come back.
