Oooo goody I can't wait to see the all new Government guide lines on what to do when we have a bit of sunshine.  The bill for the printing of the millions of pamphlets and their distribution should be staggering. Angry9:

Forecast is most excellent for you's lot darn sarth apparently, with temperatures reaching the into the 30's this coming weekend.

Bit cooler up 'ere thank goodness. cloud9:

Take it easy, drink lots, plenty of rest and take 2 paracetamol if you gerra 'eadache (see drink lots) and come back in a fortnight for a quick 'osedown with a watering can if you don't feel any better.

Oh I particularly like the 'drink lots and take plenty of rest'.  Miss D is also a great believer in this sort of lifestyle. ;)
