Started off dull and drizzly, got better as the day went on, beautiful evening right now

Just off to Southampton for a meal via the back routes (I forgot it was the Friday leading into the Bank Holiday when I agreed to go), Basingstoke all the way through to Bournemouth is stuffed

Brightening here too - unless you're driving through Carshalton, where a Coach has taken out 5 cars and 4 shops...

Don't really know Growler, I just know a few body bags have left the scene. Apparently some sort of "stuck accelerator / dodging kids mucking about" is to blame.

It is a shitty bit of road and not really wide enough for even two big vehicles to pass by each other. Tel knows it - they have tried one-way systems and such before, but that didn't work either.

Bright blue skies with fluffy white bits but sun has yet to rise over the mountain so although I can see what white clouds there are reflecting the sunshine we are still in shadow.
