I'e no idea what the temperature is but the promised 2 - 4" of snow didn't materialise if anything, it looks like it's thawed a bit.

I wouldn't .... lot of snow overnight and more forecast for today. Travel in this area is "restricted" .... If you MUST go today FFS take it easy.
