We had a "heads-up" last week that February would be very cold ALL MONTH. TBH, they can't accurately tell us what it's going to do in three hours I notice on TV they are "accurately" predicting that it will hit the West from The Highlands down to Wales, they then say it will sweep across MUCH of the country, but aren't brave enough to show you its path and timing
