Its down to budget cuts I suspect Snoop, forecasting is now a case of someone sticking their head out of the window at the nearest BBC site to you (Cardiff at a guess) and basing the forecast on what they can see.  rubschin:

For what they charge for a licence to watch the cr*p they put out they could afford to run the met office themselves. cussing:
