Well, I tell you.
If I'd taken a piggin' canoe on me back up 'me 'ill' this avvy, I'd have done the quickelest time back down EVER! eeek:

In terms of extreme twaterism in a vertical direction and longevity, on a scale of up to 10, THAT reached an all time high of 9.8. eeek:
NEVER in all the years I've been going up there have I quite seen anything like it.
Astonishing and actually quite exciting.
Ruined me smokes though, and they were in a tin in me back pack too ffs! Banghead

On me way 'ome, I dropped in at the gym pool for a quick swim to dry out like. whistle:

Saw some footage on the news last night of Yorks, Lancs and Wales and the rain and floods, that was extreme weather. It's not often you see that much white (inches of hailstones) in Bradford  ;)
