No snow here. Dry and cold.

I too am past skiing but if Darwin drives I could assist the injured skiers onto the bus.

Yes, it has only been snowing for a few days - I guess they want it to settle down a bit before they open the runs...

Tell you what i only found out very recently here. Did you know, i say, did you know that there's a proper ski slope in the Lake district? eeek:

Yes, you can rent clobber... they have skis and boots, not sure about clothes or anything...

It is shit compared to any other resort I've been to - you really wouldn't want to have a skiing holiday there...

For me, I can leave the house at 11, be there by 12, have a coffee and get a half day pass.... back round the pool by five....  Thumbs:

I've never done it but you can ski in the morning and swim in the sea in the arvo....
