So the hottest day of the year is obviously the best time to repaint the decking in the garden. "Coz it will dry quicker" ::)

I'm now covered in decking paint. As are the pooches. One pf the pooches cut her paw whilst swimming in the river. I decided to clean the wound with water from the hose,  which had been  lying in the sun all day. The water came out hot enough to make tea :( the poor pooch leapt about 10 foot in the air. I now intend to drink copious amounts of Carlsberg so that I can sleep tonight and be fresh for my 03:30 start.
