I have just heard a minister interviewed (didn't catch his name) regarding the power companies getting their act together following and during the recent wet and windy weather.  When repeatedly asked 'will the power companies would cope?' he eventually said that he could guarantee that 'the highest level of government had made it quite clear that they (the power companies) were expected to preform'. If only he could/would say the same about the highest levels of government. Any level of government come to think of it. noooo: cussing:
