It was reported to me that on the Plateau of Bears in the Pyrennees yesterday it was 46 degrees.   eeek:

Went to Lidl on the way to the birthday party...

LL picked up a couple of Citronella candles (they keep mosquitoes away)....

BM: They'll melt in the car this arvo before we get home...
LL: Don't be stupid, of course they won't...

Just got home, took the shopping out of the car including a Lidl carrier bag full of molten wax....  noooo:
